Welcome to Maple Leaf Academy. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our services, including students and parents.

2. Scope of Services

Maple Leaf Academy offers a variety of educational services including Early Childhood Education, Primary School Programs, Secondary School Programs, After-School Tutoring, Summer Camps, STEM Workshops, and Arts and Music Classes.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users agree to use our services in a lawful manner and to respect the rights and dignity of others. Users must provide accurate information when enrolling in our programs and adhere to all school policies and procedures.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Fees for services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the start of the program to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Liability Limitations

Maple Leaf Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Maple Leaf Academy, including curriculum materials and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce or distribute any content without our express permission.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the enrollment process is used solely for educational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

Maple Leaf Academy shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
